To create real change at a large scale, we need well-designed systems that pool resources, create transparency, and replicate what works. The Regeneration Federation is a cooperative of cooperatives that brings together the top minds in the fields of regeneration and cooperation to develop and fund the best business models.
We will pool funds through equity crowdfunding from investors who want to make a difference. The equity pool is used to fund new and growing regenerative enterprises through revenue sharing agreements and loans. The goal for our investors is to generate an 8% annual return that creates maximal positive impact.
Currently, the Regeneration Federation is still forming. We are incubating three cooperatives which are in the startup phase. Check out the links in the right side bar to see what we have built so far.
We are preparing for our first round of funding to hire a team of business consultants and industry experts to fully design and launch these cooperatives. We are recruiting potential investors, consultants, and business professionals who want to be involved. Join the Board
We need an initial Board of Directors and an Advisory Board. Candidates will have 10 years or more of experience as an entrepreneur, business consultant, or community organizer and be passionate about the cause. We will be meeting monthly to strategize about building the Federation, reaching out to potential members and investors, and overseeing the budget and administration of the Federation.

If you’re a business consultant or have a skillset in business development and administration and would like to work for the Federation please send us a resume! Consultants and business experts help build the cooperatives in our Regenerative Cooperative Accelerator program and other regenerative enterprises in our incubator, Earthling Enterprises. We also need people to provide business support services like accounting, web development, and marketing.

If you have an existing business or startup that isn’t a cooperative and want to join the Federation, you can get the Regenerative Enterprise Certification, business consulting, and group coaching with other entrepreneurs through our regenerative enterprise incubator, Earthling Enterprises.
