Jacki Saorsail

As an entrepreneur and community organizer, Jacki has spent 20 years exploring alternative business practices for a more just and sustainable society.

She founded the Oklahoma Cooperative Housing Association, a non-profit that managed housing co-ops, owned and operated Om Gardens, an LLC organic gourmet mushroom farm, was on the board of directors of the Oklahoma Food Co-op, and managed membership at The Integral Center, a community for personal development in Boulder, Colorado.

She has a Masters Degree from Gaia University in Regenerative Enterprise Design and is currently doing education and consulting in Norman, Oklahoma.

April Harrington

Board Member, Consultant

April is a local food preservation and processing specialist working toward building a recognized food industry, local food lecturer and demonstrations, and local food catering and green events planner with over two decades of experience.

She is the owner-operator of Earth Elements Entrepreneur’s Kitchen in Oklahoma City where she supports her tenants to develop successful local food businesses.

She is also a professional bookkeeper who cares deeply about her clients and can set up and maintain beautiful books.

David Braden

Board Member, Consultant

David is a retired lawyer in Golden, Colorado who incorporated and manages the Living Systems Institute, a non-profit that teaches deep mulch gardening and carbon cycling systems.

He is also a founder of Reinhabit Cooperative. He leads regular garden tours of the regenerative gardens on his property and is recruiting and training more regenerative gardeners and landscapers in the Denver metro area.
